These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BERETH AI LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the BridgeNet mobile application and related services ("Service"). By creating an account or using BridgeNet, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BridgeNet is a community-powered mobile application that allows users to view and share real-time border crossing wait times at US-Mexico land ports of entry. Users can post crossing reports, including photos and estimated wait times, interact with reports from other users, and earn points redeemable for gift card rewards through verified participation.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use BridgeNet. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent where required by applicable law.
BridgeNet is intended for use by individuals who physically cross or intend to cross US-Mexico land border ports of entry. Use of the Service to report on crossings you are not physically present at is a violation of these Terms.
You must create an account using a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. Accounts created using false information are subject to immediate termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at legalberethai@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. BERETH AI LLC is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Each physical device is permitted to register and operate one BridgeNet account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device to circumvent restrictions, earn duplicate rewards, or manipulate community data is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent bans of all associated accounts.
Account activation and the initial sign-up bonus require email verification. Unverified accounts have limited functionality.
You retain ownership of the content you submit through BridgeNet, including crossing photos, comments, and updates ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant BERETH AI LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the BridgeNet Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where content has been shared with other users or retained for legal compliance.
All User Content must be accurate to the best of your knowledge, directly relevant to the crossing you are physically present at, and compliant with these Terms. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you post and that it does not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Crossing reports, comments, and user activity may be visible to all BridgeNet users. Do not submit content that includes personally identifiable information about other individuals without their consent, including vehicle license plates, faces of other people, or private documents.

All crossing reports are subject to review by our moderation team before points are awarded. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion that violates these Terms, is inaccurate, or is otherwise harmful to the community.
We reserve the right to issue warnings, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms. Decisions regarding account actions are made at BERETH AI LLC's sole discretion. Bans are non-negotiable where fraud, systematic abuse, or repeated violations are confirmed.

BridgeNet offers a points-based rewards program. Points are awarded only for crossing reports that are verified by our moderation team and confirmed via GPS location data. The following apply to all rewards:
BridgeNet is a community-powered platform. All crossing reports are submitted by individual users and are not verified by any government agency or official border authority. Wait times, lane conditions, and crossing information displayed in BridgeNet may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. Do not make crossing decisions — including decisions related to immigration, travel documents, or legal compliance — based solely on information from BridgeNet.
BERETH AI LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information on the platform. The Service is provided for informational and community purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BERETH AI LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. BERETH AI LLC does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings in the app. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. All associated data, points, and crossing history will be permanently removed.
BERETH AI LLC may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Accounts terminated for fraud or abuse are permanently blocked from re-registration, including from the same device or email address.
All content, design, code, trademarks, logos, and branding in BridgeNet — excluding User Content — are the exclusive property of BERETH AI LLC. The names "BridgeNet" and "BERETH AI" are trademarks of BERETH AI LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
BridgeNet uses third-party services including Supabase (database infrastructure) and Expo (push notifications). Your use of these services through BridgeNet is subject to their respective terms of service. BERETH AI LLC is not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.
Your use of BridgeNet is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. For significant changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Continued use of BridgeNet after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
