These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and BERETH AI LLC governing your use of the BridgeNet mobile application. By creating an account or using BridgeNet, you agree to these Terms in full.
BridgeNet is a community-powered app for viewing and sharing real-time US-Mexico border crossing wait times. Operated by BERETH AI LLC, a Texas LLC.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use BridgeNet. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You must register with a valid email address and provide accurate information. Accounts created with false information will be terminated.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at if you suspect unauthorized access.
Each device may only register one BridgeNet account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse rewards or manipulate data results in permanent bans.
Account activation and the sign-up bonus require email verification. Unverified accounts have limited functionality.
You retain ownership of content you submit, including crossing photos and comments.
By submitting content, you grant BERETH AI LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content solely to operate BridgeNet.
All content must be accurate, relevant to your physical crossing, and compliant with these Terms. Do not include personally identifiable information about others without their consent.
All crossing reports are reviewed before points are awarded. We may remove any content and suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms at our sole discretion. To report a violation, contact .
Points are awarded only for GPS-verified, admin-approved crossing reports. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are forfeited upon account deletion. BERETH AI LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate the rewards program at any time.
BridgeNet is community-powered. Wait times and crossing conditions are submitted by users and are not verified by any government agency. Do not make crossing decisions — including immigration or legal decisions — based solely on BridgeNet data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BERETH AI LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, reliance on crossing data, or decisions made based on app content.
You may delete your account anytime via Settings. Deletion is permanent. BERETH AI LLC may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in Texas courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
